							Dr. Shirazi holds a Board Certification in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association.  He is also The Medical Director of The East Rockaway Fire Department. In his spare time he reviews exam questions given to doctors for their board certification. He is in the process of forming a local osteoporosis foundation and lipid management center to ensure proper prevention and treatment of abnormal bone dynamics and cholesterol problems.  He is also an expert in STD testing.
