What is Internal Medicine?
A Primary Care Provider (PCP) who oversees the general well being of
patients.
I am the doctor you see initially for many problems and preventive
care. These problems include, but are not limited to, those of the
heart , lungs, skin, abdominal ailments, high blood pressure,
infections, allergies, cholesterol management, pain syndromes,
osteoporosis, weight loss, smoking cessation, etc. When you are
advised to have a physical exam, such as those for employment or
school, I am the doctor that attends to your needs.
